Deborah Mulupi Masunde and her 3 children (Her previous story)
We supported Deborah for nearly a year and stop supporting her November, 2011 when she was capable to stand on her own feet and no longer needed our support. We are happy to share that with the effort and support from Give the Needy Foundation, Deborah created a small vegetable garden in her backyard and is now selling vegetables and taking care of her family outside of Nairobi. We wish Deborah health, happiness and a good life with her children moving forward.
Nguyen Van and her 2 children (Her previous story)
We supported Nguyen for one year and 3 months. Starting from October 2010 and we stop supporting her December, 2011 as she too managed to help her family and is in a better place. We are happy that with the effort and support from Give the Needy Foundation, Nguyen created a small vegetable garden in her backyard and is now selling vegetables in her neighborhood. We wish Nguyen health, happiness and a good life with her children moving forward too.
We presently have several families waiting to be supported. We are in the process of screening and listing them. We will be posting their story and pictures soon.
If you are interested to help support them... it would take as little as $35 or more a month (equivalent or less than a night out to town), Please email us your interest.
This would help cover costs to feed a family. We will send you updates on the families and also give you access to correspond with the family, if you want to help them further.
